I’ve had this account forever but never put it to use. Since I’m constantly posting across multiple platforms, I figured it’d be smarter to consolidate everything in one place. Think of this as my digital soapbox—a central hub for all my takes on current events, random observations, and whatever else crosses my mind. 

What About Patreon? 

My Patreon will remain focused on art and animation projects. But here? This is where the unfiltered rants live. If you’re here for my opinions, oddball insights, and occasional deep dives, you’re in the right spot. I’ll give this a shot and see how it goes. Stick around—it might get interesting.

Solidarity, not Division is the answer

  Not long ago, a faction within the Asian American community rallied behind the movement to end affirmative action, believing it would increase college admissions for Asian students at the expense of Black applicants. They aligned with conservative activists—many of whom had long opposed racial equity—and successfully dismantled race-conscious admissions in Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) v. Harvard (2023). But the outcome was not what they expected. After affirmative action was struck down, Asian American enrollment at top universities did not surge—in fact, it declined at several institutions , including Harvard, where Asian admissions dropped by 6% in the first post-affirmative action cycle. Despite Donald Trump’s triumphant return to the White House in the 2024 election, signs are emerging that some Republicans are quietly distancing themselves from his most controversial policies. While Trump remains the dominant force in the GOP, key lawmakers and conservative figures have begun pushing back against his hardline immigration plans, militaristic displays, and aggressive use of executive power.
